Step-1: Wash and Clean the Meat

Step-2: Add Spices In Frying Meat
First mix all ingredients well with the pigeon meat, whisked yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, salt, chilli, turmeric, chilli, oil and onion. Then heat 2 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon ghee in heavy bottom pan.
When the oil is hot enough, add 2 small bay leaf, 2 cloves and both the cardamom and cinnamon. Add mix all the ingredients with the pigeon meat and saute for a minute.

Step-3: Cook for few minutes closed lid and Serve Hot
